Brantham Skatepark Project - Invitation To Tender

Brantham Parish Council is progressing plans to deliver a new, modern skate park facility for the village. The project aims to provide an inclusive, high-quality recreational space for young people and the wider community, supporting the Council’s commitment to improving local facilities and creating opportunities for residents of all ages.

Following consultation, fundraising and project development work, the Council has now commenced the formal procurement process to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to design and construct the new skate park.

Invitation to Tender

Brantham Parish Council is inviting tender submissions from experienced skate park contractors with the skills and expertise required to deliver this project.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) document sets out:

  • the background and objectives of the project;
  • the scope of works required;
  • the design and construction requirements;
  • the tender submission process;
  • the evaluation criteria that will be used to assess submissions; and
  • the proposed contract arrangements.

The Council is committed to running a fair, open and transparent procurement process. All tenderers will have access to the same information, and any clarifications issued during the tender period will be published to ensure equal opportunity for all potential suppliers.

Next Steps

Following the closing date for tender submissions at 12 noon on 28 August 2026, the Council will evaluate all compliant bids against the published criteria. Subject to approval, the successful contractor will be appointed and further updates on the project timeline and construction programme will be provided on this page.

The Council looks forward to working with the appointed contractor and delivering a new skate park facility that will become a valued asset for the Brantham community.
