Council meeting dates

Brantham Parish Council Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month (except August) and they are generally held in the Village Hall. There is an Public Session in each meeting during which parishioners can raise relevant subjects for discussion and consideration by the Council.

Finance Committee meetings are held separately.

The Annual Brantham Parish Meeting is usually held in April or May. This is the opportunity for all the local electors of the parish to get together and voice their opinions, on matters raised on the agenda. This is NOT a Parish Council meeting but the Chairperson of the Parish Council or the Vice-Chairperson presides over the meeting and local groups are invited to attend to report on their activities over the year.

The agenda is issued at least 3 working days prior to the meeting and displayed on this Agenda page and on the two noticeboards. If you do not have internet access a printed copy can be obtained from the Clerk by prior arrangement.
